We welcome you to RGB Printings. Kindly read the following terms and conditions that would explain how to use this site. Please be aware that your use of RGB Printings constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site, bypassing this Agreement, your use of RGB Printings still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to frequently review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If you intend to purchase printing products and use mailing services, design services or other services, you agree that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to your credit card or paid by you with an approved payment method. We encourage each order to be fully paid, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable, before we begin an order.
You are required to pay at the time of order. Once the customer has approved the proof for a print job, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Any delay in printing due to your failing to approve a proof is solely your responsibility and will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds will not be possible once we begin work on your order. Work on your order will only begin after payment has been made, artwork files uploaded, and job proof is approved. If in any case RGB Printings makes an error, we will re-run the order, however we are not responsible for errors in your print files.
If you find a defect in our job done, which is the responsibility of our site, kindly notify us immediately; we will re-run the order without imposing additional cost to you. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order with an expedited turnaround time and expedited shipping.
Each order made from our site is a contract between you and RGB Printings, as the customer placing order, and our site. Orders placed on behalf of a third party are still your responsibility, as we have no link with the third party. If in case, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular printed item or to cancel their order with you does not affect your obligation to us.
Our Sales Tax Policy
We charge sales tax on all orders received unless you are tax exempt or belong to a state that does not impose taxes. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate.
An online proof will be available for your review after we have received your file upload. If you feel that the online proof is not satisfactory, you may choose to request a hard proof at an additional fee payable by you. We try our best to make an online proof look closest to reality but we do not guarantee it to be accurate color reproduction of your printed piece, but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency or overprint issues. Neither do they show color changes resulting from the conversion of RGB or Pantone spot colors to CMYK.
You can avail our services to obtain hard copy proofs, which show a reasonable likeness to the final printed piece. Hard copy proofs are recommended for color-critical art, and must be requested by the customer when the order is entered on the Site. In certain cases, hard copy proofs are printed on a material different from the actual printed material, and while the main purpose of a proof is to show color, some variation can occur. We will make every effort to match colors in production when a hard copy proof is requested. However, it is the customer’s decision to determine if they need a hard copy proof with their print order.
We focus to provide quality to our customers. We will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but even under the best circumstances, an exact color match is sometimes not possible. This is an inherent limitation in the printing process. The term “color match” refers to the color rendering intent specified in the submitted artwork. If the artwork contains colors specified as Pantone spot colors, we will attempt to match the color as closely as possible. However, only a limited number of Pantone colors can be matched perfectly in the CMYK digital printing process.
We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. If color is critical, you should request a hard proof, which will represent the output you can expect very closely
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time may commence once you approve your proof. RGB Printings is not liable for any delay due to an unapproved proof. It is the customer’s responsibility for logging into our site and approving the proof. Printing turnaround begins when we receive your print-ready file(s). Make sure you provide the print ready files after you have approved your proof, not when the order was first submitted.
RGB Printings shall not be held liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: spelling or grammar; graphics; bleeds; damaged fonts; improperly specified cuts, folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprints, page alignment, page orientation, or finished product. It all depends on the files provided by the customer and we do not make any changes to customer files.
When choosing a shipping option, please bear in mind the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up. For instance, a product shipped 2nd Day and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.
Shipping transit times may vary, and rgbprinting.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. However, we use the best courier services so such chances are extremely rare. All mailing delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Your mailing list(s) are your exclusive property. We will not sell or disclose your mailing list(s) to any other party; we will not utilize the list for any other purpose.
In case of any problem, all complaints must be registered within 48 hours of receipt of your final printing job. Should your job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects (as determined by rgbprinting.com), we will rerun your job at no charge.
